With its rich history and recreational opportunities, we decided in the summer of 2001 to move and settle in Pollock Pines. Now we are able to enjoy an array of outdoor activities all within a few minutes drive. Our son is attending Pinewood Elementary here in Pollock Pines where I am very actively involved. Both public and private schools in this county have an excellent reputation. Pollock Pines has the best of both worlds to offer. It is located in the picturesque Sierra Nevada Mountains, only a short drive from Lake Tahoe. Most of your shopping needs can be satisfied in Pollock Pines and Placerville. For your additional shopping conveniences Folsom and Sacramento are only 45 minutes away. I began working in real estate in 2003 and have made it a successful business for myself!
